Terms of service

Six points, with no fine print and no annexes to look up. Using a key means agreeing to them.

The six points

  1. 1

    What you get

Access to the models listed on our site through our gateway, under keys of your own. Usage is counted in tokens, separately on each of the four counters, at the published rate of the model the request actually used. Image models are counted the same way — in tokens, not per frame: the output tokens of the frames returned and the input tokens of the prompt, each at the model’s published rate.

  2. 2

    Payment and balance

Prepaid balance, topped up from your account, where the methods and details are shown; there is no minimum. A service fee of 5% of the credited amount is added on top of every top-up and shown before you pay (credit $50.00, send $52.50); the fee is not part of the balance and is not refunded. When the balance runs out, requests stop being served and your keys stay yours. Unused balance is refunded on request: whatever is left on the account at the moment you ask, sent manually, in USDT (TRC-20), to the address the deposit came from, within up to 10 business days — write to support@gtokens.io from your account email. Another address or another network is not accepted: there is no way to prove whose it is.

  3. 3

    Privacy

We do not keep the contents of your requests or of the model’s replies — not for debugging and not for analytics. What stays in the database is bookkeeping: the model, the token counts or the number of frames, the charge, the latency, the timestamp and which of your keys was used. Bodies stream through and settle nowhere; this is a property of the system rather than a promise of goodwill.

  4. 4

    Availability

We give no uptime guarantee. Interruptions are possible, including upstream capacity refusals we do not control; a request we cannot serve is answered with a 503 that carries a Retry-After header where the pool can name one. A refused request costs nothing: no answer, no charge. A streamed answer interrupted after the model had begun producing tokens is billed for what it produced.

  5. 5

If we stop, or you do

Your balance does not expire — there is no shelf life on money you have already sent, and no inactivity fee. If we shut the service down, we say so and refund every unused balance manually, in USDT (TRC-20), to the address the deposit came from, within up to 10 business days; if you simply stop using it, the balance waits. Ask for it back at any point — write to support@gtokens.io from your account email — and the same terms apply.

  6. 6

    Limits

You are responsible for the contents of your requests and for complying with the acceptable-use policy of the provider whose models you call through us. Passing a key to a third party is not permitted — keys are bound to your account, and you can revoke any of them at any time. Access may be blocked if the rules are broken; unused balance is refunded in that case too, manually, in USDT (TRC-20), to the address the deposit came from, within up to 10 business days.

Who provides the service

  • There is no legal entity. GTokens is a private project. We do not issue contracts, invoices or receipts of any kind.
  • These six points and our correspondence are the whole of it. If you need a paper trail, this will not suit you — and that is better to learn before you pay than after.
  • We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any model vendor, and we do not represent one. Model names are used to describe compatibility only.
  • Questions about these terms — write to support. How we handle data is on the privacy page.
